EM630 is a close-loop vector control inverterspecially designed for hoisting of travelling crane,and hoisting,trolleying andslewing of tower crane.Parameter defaults vary with options of ApplicationMacros.
TechnicalFeatures:
- Closed-loop vector control and steady performanceat high torque and low frequency
- Smooth output of rated torque 0 Hz/150%, so that ahoist performs stably during start-up, hoisting and decline.
- Zero servo function : Offers the second type safety protection to hoistunder the condition that an encoder is connected by driving motor to hold fullload in the air or let it go down slowly even when the braker does not work
- Overspeed protection : When an encoder is connected, overspeed stopprotection and overspeed operation protection are provided to timely discoverabnormalities of speed and braking force during hoisting to prevent slipaccident
- Special control function of brake : Braker control logic controls hoist to open or closeat reasonable sequence, which maintains the operation safety and extends theservice life of braking system
- Wide voltage input range AVR function ensures that the output can meet torqueoutput requirements of hoisting devices if the grid voltage drops
- Wide speed regulation range : This meets the requirements for light load at highspeed and heavy load at low speed, thereby improving operating efficiency of hoist
